We are looking for an OTC Accountant who will be responsible for handling cash accounting, invoicing activities, ageing report management, and supporting daily OTC operations.
The candidate should be a strong team player with good communication skills and flexibility to work in the US time zone.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Perform cash accounting and reconciliation activities.
- Manage customer invoicing and billing processes.
- Prepare and maintain ageing reports and follow up on open items.
- Support month-end closing activities related to OTC.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for issue resolution.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve process targets.
- Maintain proper documentation and process compliance.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of OTC / Accounts Receivable processes.
- Experience in cash application and invoicing activities.
- Understanding of ageing reports and reconciliation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexible to work in the US shift/time zone.
- Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems preferred.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
Preferred Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Relevant experience in OTC / Accounts Receivable process preferred.
