Job Summary

We are hiring a proactive HR Recruiter to join  Human Resources team at  Andheri East MIDC, Mumbai office. With at least 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, you will own the full hiring lifecycle  from sourcing and screening to onboarding  across functions and levels.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior, mid, and senior-level positions across departments.
  • Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine, employee referrals, and campus drives.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Organize and coordinate walk-in drives and recruitment events at the Andheri East / MIDC location.

Screening & Selection

  • Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/video interviews to shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate feedback collection.
  • Administer pre-employment assessments and evaluate candidate fitment.
  • Maintain candidate data accurately in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

Offer Management & Onboarding

  • Manage offer negotiations and release offer letters within approved salary bands.
  • Coordinate pre-joining formalities background verification, document collection.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction for new hires.

Stakeholder Management & Reporting

  • Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and timelines.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment MIS and present hiring updates to management.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure HRMS data accuracy.

Employer Branding

  • Contribute to employer branding on LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and industry networking sessions.

    Qualifications & Skills

    Education

    • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred; graduates with strong HR experience are welcome.

    Experience

    • Minimum 3 years of hands-on, end-to-end recruitment experience.
    • Exposure to hiring across Operations functions.
    • Prior experience in an MIDC / industrial zone company is an advantage.

    Technical Skills

    • Proficiency in job portals: Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Shine, Monster.
    • Working knowledge of ATS/HRMS tools 
    • Good command of MS Office especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

    Soft Skills

    • Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English preferred.
    • Strong negotiation and candidate relationship management abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously under tight deadlines.
    • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and a data-driven mindset.
