Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and people-centric HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing teams. This role will be responsible for driving employee lifecycle management, employee relations, recruitment, and engagement initiatives while partnering closely with business leaders to build a high-performance culture.

Experience: 2–3 Years
Location: Currently Remote / NCR
Industry Preference: Internet, E-commerce, Consumer Tech, Digital-First Startups

Key Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Management-

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, internal movements, and offboarding.
  • Ensure accurate employee records, HR documentation, and policy compliance.
  • Drive seamless employee experiences across all stages of employment.

Employee Relations-

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Support conflict resolution, grievance handling, and employee counseling where required.
  • Partner with managers to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Talent Acquisition-

  • Manage hiring for assigned business functions.
  • Coordinate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to ensure quality and timely hiring outcomes.

Employee Engagement & Culture-

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building activities.
  • Drive feedback mechanisms, pulse surveys, and action plans to enhance employee experience.
  • Support employer branding and internal communication initiatives.

HR Operations & Business Partnering-

  • Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning and people-related initiatives.
  • Track HR metrics and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and HR best practices.


What We're Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of HRBP, HR Generalist, or Talent & Culture experience.
  • Prior experience in an Internet, E-commerce, Consumer Tech, SaaS, or high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and employee relations.
  • Hands-on recruitment experience across business and support functions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
