Job Title: HR Onboarding Intern

Positions (MBA / Graduate) Location: Noida

Mode: Work from Office (5 days a week)

Duration: 3 Months

Role & Requirements: 
● Greet and guide new employees on their first day.
● Support HR in conducting orientation sessions and presentations.
● Ensure completion of joining formalities, forms, and policy acknowledgments. ● Maintain accurate employee records and digital filing systems.
● Update trackers (new joiner status, onboarding progress, etc.).
● Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with new hires and multiple departments.
● Basic MS Office / Google Workspace skill.
● Ability to manage confidential information.
● Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
