We are looking for a proactive HR Executive who can independently manage recruitment, HR operations, documentation, asset coordination, and employee engagement while working closely with business and delivery teams.

🔹 Role Summary

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring and staff augmentation, along with onboarding coordination and HR operations. The role requires strong screening ability, stakeholder communication, and structured documentation management.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Understand hiring requirements and prepare Job Descriptions (JD)
  • Coordinate JD approvals before publishing
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
  • Conduct resume screening and logical evaluation
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers
  • Handle salary negotiation and expectation alignment
  • Manage offer rollout and joining coordination
  • Ensure professional rejection communication
  • Monitor emails and respond to candidate queries

2. Candidate Experience Management

  • Ensure clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience
  • Represent SETOO’s employer brand professionally

3. Onboarding Responsibilities

  • Manage pre-onboarding communication and document collection
  • Ensure completion of KYC, education, and experience documents
  • Initiate and track Background Verification (BGV)
  • Coordinate joining formalities and Day 1 onboarding
  • Maintain employee folders and documentation
  • Update employee master data and onboarding trackers
  • Coordinate with HR/Admin/IT for seamless onboarding

4. Staff Augmentation & Client Hiring

  • Manage recruitment for contract and client-based roles
  • Screen candidates as per client requirements
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Maintain active candidate pipeline for client needs

5. Client & Vendor Coordination

  • Schedule interviews with clients and vendors
  • Share candidate profiles in required formats
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders
  • Support client onboarding documentation

6. Contract Position Management

  • Handle onboarding and offboarding of contract employees
  • Coordinate BGV for contract hires
  • Maintain NDA, agreements, and vendor contracts
  • Track engagement and performance of contract employees

7. Recruitment Documentation & Tracking

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
  • Update screening sheets, interview trackers, and offer trackers
  • Maintain client/vendor communication logs
  • Ensure audit-ready documentation

8. Coordination with Sales Team

  • Work closely with the sales team for staffing requirements
  • Understand client hiring needs and timelines
  • Ensure candidate pipeline readiness
