Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and process-oriented HR Operations professional to manage employee lifecycle operations, payroll coordination, HR compliance, data governance, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong operational expertise, analytical capabilities, and a continuous improvement mindset to drive efficient and scalable HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, employee records management, and offboarding.
Coordinate payroll inputs, validate employee data, attendance records, reimbursements, and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Maintain HRMS data integrity and ensure employee records and documentation are updated and accurate.
Generate and analyze HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce metrics to support business decision-making.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, company policies, and audit standards.
Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives within HR Operations.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, Administration, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless employee service delivery.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and documentation.
Support internal and external audits and maintain compliance-related documentation.
Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Desired Profile
3–6 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or People Operations.
MBA/PGDM in HR or Bachelor's degree with relevant HR Operations experience.
Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management, payroll processes, and HR compliance.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including reporting, dashboards, pivot tables, and data analysis.
Experience working with HRMS platforms and employee data management.
Exposure to automation tools, HR analytics, SQL, or reporting platforms will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
