Job Title:  HR Recruiter

 Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Role Overview 

We are looking for a Recruiter with experience in end-to-end recruitment to support hiring requirements across logistics and supply chain operations. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions for junior to mid-level talent across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

•  Manage end-to-end recruitment for logistics, supply chain, warehouse, transportation, and support functions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. 
•  Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews. 
•  Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth candidate experience. 
•  Manage offer rollout, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination. 
•  Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring requirements. 
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate databases. 
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities. 
•  Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TATs.

 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
•  Experience hiring for logistics industry.
•   Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
•   Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.  
•  Good communication and negotiation skills.
•   Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.  Preferred Candidate Profile
•  Experience in high-volume hiring and junior to mid-level recruitment.
•   Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and candidate management.
•   Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with aggressive hiring targets.
