Role Overview
We are looking for a Recruiter with experience in end-to-end recruitment to support hiring requirements across logistics and supply chain operations. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions for junior to mid-level talent across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for logistics, supply chain, warehouse, transportation, and support functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth candidate experience.
- Manage offer rollout, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate databases.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TATs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Experience hiring for logistics industry.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously. Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in high-volume hiring and junior to mid-level recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and candidate management.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with aggressive hiring targets.
