HR Manager in a leading food processing industry

Job Description:

• Plan and manage manpower requirements across shop floor and office
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks
• Handle recruitment strategy, onboarding, and retention planning
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and audits
• Drive performance management systems (KPI/KRA)
• Maintain employee discipline, grievance handling, and engagement
• Coordinate training programs for skill development (PLC, safety, hygiene)
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance systems, and shift planning
• Build a strong work culture focused on accountability and execution
• Pest control activity execution, monitoring
• Induction training, performance monitoring

Skills Require :

•  Any graduate+ LLB preferred 
•  Must have minimum 3 years experience in Food, Pharma, Healthcare, Nutraceuticals, API manufacturer.
• Office Timing : 9:00 - 6:30PM
• Both Male and Female can apply
