We are currently hiring for the position of Associate HR Recruiter. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Responsibilities :
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
Screen resumes based on job requirements and basic technical understanding
Coordinate interview rounds with candidates and internal teams
Follow up with candidates for feedback and status updates
Maintain candidate pipeline and hiring tracker
Scan and upload employee documents in their folders properly.
Ensure positions are closed within defined timelines
Maintain proper documentation of candidate details in the system
Provide a good candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements
Bachelorâs degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
0â1 years of experience (freshers with internships can apply)
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic understanding of recruitment process
Willingness to learn IT hiring (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack roles)
Ability to handle multiple positions and follow-ups
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with ATS tools like Zoho Recruit
Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies
