We are currently hiring for the position of Associate HR Recruiter. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities :
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
  • Screen resumes based on job requirements and basic technical understanding
  • Coordinate interview rounds with candidates and internal teams
  • Follow up with candidates for feedback and status updates
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and hiring tracker
  • Scan and upload employee documents in their folders properly.
  • Ensure positions are closed within defined timelines
  • Maintain proper documentation of candidate details in the system
  • Provide a good candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 0–1 years of experience (freshers with internships can apply)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic understanding of recruitment process
  • Willingness to learn IT hiring (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack roles)
  • Ability to handle multiple positions and follow-ups
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with ATS tools like Zoho Recruit
  • Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies
