Job Description:
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience as HR in manufacturing company
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (joining to exit)
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and audits
- Maintain HR documentation, policies, and records
- Handle hiring for plant, office, and managerial roles
- Coordinate with departments to understand manpower requirements
- Improve hiring processes and reduce turnaround time
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
- Build a positive work environment across plant and office teams
- Address grievances and improve employee satisfaction
- Initiate engagement activities and retention strategies
- Set up HR policies, SOPs, and reporting structures
- Digitize and streamline HR processes where required
