Position - HR

Experience - 2.00 Years and above
Key Responsibilities:
1. Attendance Management
- Maintain and monitor employee attendance records
- Handle leave management and shift coordination
- Ensure accurate data for payroll processing
2. Payroll Management
- Assist in monthly payroll processing
- Verify attendance, overtime, and deductions
- Coordinate with accounts/finance for timely salary disbursement
3. Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities
- Organize events, celebrations, and team-building initiatives
- Address employee concerns to maintain a positive work environment
4. Recruitment & Coordination
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
- Handle onboarding and documentation for new hires
5. Compliance (PF & Statutory Requirements)
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, and other labor laws
- Maintain employee records as per legal requirements
- Coordinate with consultants/vendors for statutory filings
6. Worker-Level Coordination
- Regular interaction with worker-level employees
- Resolve grievances and ensure smooth communication
- Support workforce management and daily HR operations
