Role Mandate
Recruit an HR Management Associate to support end-to-end HR operations with a systems mindset.
Balance day-to-day execution with process improvement so HR workflows are scalable, compliant, and employee-centric.
Core Responsibilities----
Core HR operations: manage onboarding/offboarding, documentation, benefits coordination, leave administration, and HR query resolution.
Hiring support: coordinate interviews, scheduling, offers, and joining formalities; maintain structured and compliant hiring workflows.
Performance and culture operations: support goal/review cycles, manager enablement, engagement initiatives, and internal communications.
Compliance and governance: maintain confidentiality, policy adherence, and audit-ready documentation.
Process improvement: standardize SOPs, templates, checklists, and self-serve resources; identify bottlenecks and implement fixes.
Requirements
Required Expertise----
- Prior experience in HR operations/people ops/HR coordination (scope adjusted by seniority).
Strong documentation discipline and confidentiality handling.
Comfort with HRIS/ATS systems, spreadsheets, and basic reporting.
Clear communication, stakeholder coordination, and issue triage.
