Job Title: HR Intern
Location: Surat, Gujarat (Work From Office – 6 Days)
Stipend: ₹20,000 - ₹ 30000 per month
Experience: Fresher

About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity for freshers who want to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview processes
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
• Support in onboarding and documentation of new hires
• Work on job postings across different platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Help with HR operations and administrative tasks
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

• Graduate (any discipline)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge or interest in HR/recruitment
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
