As we scale, we are looking for an HR Business Partner who will play a key role in building a high-performance, people-centric culture.
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to work closely with the Founder & CEO and drive core HR initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening employee experience, performance management, engagement, talent development, and people processes to support Truva’s growth journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to lead culture and employee experience initiatives that enable people to do their life’s best work.
- Use people data and insights to improve employee retention, engagement, and overall team health.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on performance management, employee engagement, career growth, and complex people-related conversations.
- Manage end-to-end people operations, including onboarding, policy implementation, employee lifecycle management, and workplace administration.
- Drive performance review cycles, talent reviews, promotions, and scalable feedback practices across the organization.
- Build and optimize scalable HR processes, systems, and people practices to support a fast-growing organization.
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner (HRBP) role within high-growth, product-based startups.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills.
- Proven ability to drive culture-building, employee engagement, and employee experience initiatives.
- Strong understanding of performance management, continuous feedback practices, and talent development frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working directly with founders or senior leadership teams.
- Experience in startup environments with rapid scaling.
- Familiarity with HRMS tools and HR analytics.
