Job Description:

• Designation –  HR Trainee
• Qualification – MBA HR
• Work Timings – 9 Hours
• Working Days – Mon - Fri
• Work Location –  BKC

• Experience – Preferably around 1-2 years of BHR experience

Note: This role will be on payroll of Talisman HR Solution

We are looking professionals with 6 to 12 months of experience in HR, who are willing to committed to building key HR Skills.

Professionals with post-graduation in HR, consistent academic record and most importantly demonstrated passion for excellence and work ethic, will be preferred.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Business Human Resources Team on various HR interventions.
• Design dashboard/s & various matrices while maintaining the provided database.
• Design and develop initiative/s and various intervention/s as per business requirement.
• Provide adequate support on executing various HR initiative/s
• Work closely with the Business Unit Head and Regional Manager on Talent requirements and manage end-to-end HR activities for respective BU.
• Work in coherence with your BHR mentor while executing various projects.
• Any other HR-related project work/support as assigned from time to time.
