Through this experience you will get to know the training processes of Italy’s first network of financial advisors, which play a strategic role in developing our commercial network by guiding them toward change and digital evolution.
By joining our team you will learn core training methodologies by helping prepare informational and training materials that are essential for the growth of our sales networks. Additionally, by supporting assistance requests from the networks, you will acquire important skills and knowledge in using the main applications employed by the Financial Advisory Networks.
You will work alongside team colleagues who will always be ready to support you and help you grow every day.
What your activities will be: - Collaborate with the Tools Support area to support training and information activities for financial advisors, especially Digital Specialists (the most digital advisors among the three sales networks) - Assist in preparing training materials and finding new solutions for distributing information - Contribute to the innovation and digitalization project of the Sales Networks
What you will learn: - Deepen your knowledge of the Private Banking world - Acquire expertise in communication and training within the financial sector - Learn to work effectively in teams and on projects

Requirements to apply: - Degree in economics or a scientific field - Advanced knowledge of office tools (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) - Knowledge of financial products, markets, and current regulations (MiFID II, anti-money laundering regulations)
Pluses: - Experience creating educational materials, presentations, and operational manuals - Good command of English
