Requirements:
- Clean driving record preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work independently and make good decisions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Towing and/or repossession experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of Southwest Florida is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Locate and recover collateral for financial institutions
- Operate wheel-lift and flatbed tow trucks safely
- Complete recovery documentation accurately
- Maintain company equipment and vehicles
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and management
