Your new role

As Team Secretary,you’llprovide professional,efficientand trusted support to a Senior Leader within the People Leadership Team. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders,you’llhelp manage priorities, coordinate meetings, and ensure administrative processes run smoothly.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Managing complex diaries and schedules to ensure the People Leadership Team are wellsupported and organised

  • Coordinating meetings, leadershipsessionsand team events, ensuring smoothlogisticsand positive experiences for attendees

  • Supporting the rhythm of the People Leadership Team through effective planning, coordination and followup

  • Building strong working relationships across the business to support collaboration and communication

  • Providing reliable administrative support that helps the team focus on delivering their priorities

  • Contributing to continuous improvement of team processes and ways of working

About you

You’llbe someone who takes pride in being dependable, detailfocused and discreet, with the confidence to work closely with senior stakeholders.

We’relooking for:

  • Relevant administrative or secretarial experience

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

  • Experience supporting senior leaders and handling confidential information

  • Clear, professional communication skills

  • Confidence working with a range of internal and external stakeholders

  • A proactive, solutionfocused approach

  • Experience in a Personal Assistant or Team Secretary rolewould be an advantage
