The role incumbent will be supporting Lead – HR Systems & HR Operations (Me @ PI) with special focus on the aspects of HR systems at PIIL e.g. employee data governance (job/organization information and selective aspects of personal information completeness), organization management (OM), testing and validation for system enhancements initiated in HR systems and also assist business HRs with insights on pending approvals, employee data etc.
Graduation with an MBA in HR
2-7 years of experience with exposure into any HRSM Suite alongside hands-on experience into employee data and related analysis
