The Revenue Operations department is the cross-functional department for the company’s various business functions (Sales Development Representatives – pre-sales, Sales, Account Management – post-sales and renewals).

It manages day-to-day structuring projects to support the growth of Welcome to the Jungle and the development ambitions of the commercial teams.

The Revenue Operations department is the main point of contact for other departments in the company: Marketing, Finance, Product, Media and Corporate Production, giving it a global view of the business challenges across the entire organization.

You will be part of the Revenue Operations team and will work alongside the global Revenue team, which comprises around one hundred colleagues.

As a Business Analyst you will work with Thibault, Senior Process & Tools Manager, within a great team of eight people: Maria, Lucas, Mathilde, Clément, Lucie, Margaux and Emeric, each aiming to optimize commercial performance through different expertise (process, tools, enablement, data, etc.).

This internship is built around three themes: performance analysis, tools & process optimization, and knowledge management.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

You will be responsible for collecting data extracted from our CRM (HubSpot) and the various dashboards we use. In coordination with other team members, your role will be to track and drive the performance indicators of the commercial teams in order to: - Understand how the customer cycle works, from pre-sales to sales, through onboarding and renewal, and propose data-based recommendations. - Write reports and share them with the teams during key events: monthly reports, Revenue All Hands, etc. For example, you may be asked to provide a detailed report on a strategic business topic and propose interpretations and resulting actions. - Liaise with the data team to advance major projects related to the company’s growth.

Process & Tools:

You will be responsible for optimizing certain processes operated by the various business functions of the team, in particular to improve cooperation with two key teams for you: Finance and Data. - Develop new commercial workflows to shorten the sales cycle (e.g., hunting scenarios, customer portfolio segmentation by typology, etc.). - Monitor and analyze sales performance data to implement corrective actions via new tools.

Documentation & Team Support:

As the guardian of our methods, you will be the main point of contact for teams to ensure perfect learning and adoption of our processes. To that end, you will: - Write and update our internal knowledge base. - Create and manage team training sessions. - Collect feedback.

Why join us? - An ambitious project in the recruitment and employer‐branding sector—and plenty of ideas to grow it! - A team of over 300 people (France and UK) united, enthusiastic and passionate about making work truly exciting so it has a more lasting place in our lives. - Extremely varied internal roles (video production, tech, content, etc.) in a rich and stimulating environment. - Numerous internal events: Monthly Apéro, All Hands, Off-site, etc., to build team cohesion.

What we offer: - Internship compensation of €1,200 or €1,400 gross per month depending on level of study - Teleworking (up to 50% of the time) - Transition to a 4-day week after one month full-time - Swile card: digitized meal vouchers of €9 funded at 50% by Welcome to the Jungle - 75% reimbursement of transportation costs - One additional day off granted per month

Preferred experience: - Strong Excel skills - Fluent in French and English - Solid analytical skills - Proactive in proposing and implementing new solutions in a creative environment - Organized and rigorous in managing multiple projects in parallel - Understanding of sales team challenges and processes - Good interpersonal and clear communication skills to work cross-functionally up to C-level

Nice-to-have: - Knowledge of SQL, databases, and data visualization (Omni) - Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot

Welcome to the Jungle aims for positive social impact and pays special attention to diversity, inclusion and equity. Every application will be treated fairly and based on skills and motivation.

Recruitment process: 1. 30-minute interview with Lilia, Talent Acquisition Assistant 2. 45-minute interview focused on values and role projection, plus case study with Thibault, Senior Insights & Strategy Manager 3. 1-hour values interview with Maria, VP Revenue Operations

Good luck!
