We are looking for a dynamic Sr. Engineer – Sales to drive revenue growth through key account management, complex deal closure, and strong technical-led sales leadership.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Enquiry generation through cold calls & market development
✔ Product demonstrations & company presentations
✔ Preparing and submitting quotations as per client requirements
✔ Follow-up for order closure & sales generation
✔ Payment follow-ups & collection
✔ Achieving sales targets
🔹 Eligibility Criteria:
🎓 Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (MBA preferred)
🛠 5–10 years of technical sales experience
⚙ Experience in Gear Box & Electric Motor sales preferred
🗣 Good communication in English (Hindi & Marathi preferred)
💻 Proficient in MS Office & Outlook
