Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Recruiter with 4–8 years of experience in end-to-end hiring to support our growing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and a passion for delivering a great candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across levels
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and expectations
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and direct sourcing techniques
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical / managerial rounds
Drive candidate engagement throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive experience
Maintain accurate hiring data and reports on pipeline, closures, TAT, and source effectiveness
Negotiate offers and manage offer rollouts, follow-ups, and closures
Support employer branding initiatives and campus / lateral hiring drives when required
Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and documentation
Required Skills & Experience
4–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Strong experience in IT / Product / Engineering hiring
Hands-on expertise in LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, and job portals
Good understanding of recruitment metrics such as TAT, funnel ratios, and conversion rates
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Experience working with ATS and recruitment tracking tools
