Drive end-to-end transformation, standardization, and continuous improvement of HR Shared Services by integrating process excellence, data intelligence, technology enablement, and customer-centric design, while ensuring business continuity, compliance, and scalability across global operations.
1. Process Excellence & Service Design
- Lead process re-engineering to improve quality of end-to-end HR lifecycle processes (Hire-to-Retire) and drive simplification and customer excellence.
- Design and standardize global process frameworks, SOPs, and playbooks to ensure maturity aligned to Honeywell transformation standards
- Lead root cause prevention program to drive quality by design in end-to-end HR lifecycle processes (Hire-to-Retire)
2. Business Continuity (BC) & Risk Management
- Lead Business Continuity Plans (BCP) to adherence to Honeywell standards.
- Identify critical processes and risks and build process controls. Ensure resilience through cross-training and backup models.
- Conduct BC Plan testing and readiness reviews and ensure critical processes controls are functioning for risk mitigation
- Partner with compliance and IT teams to ensure end-to-end process continuity.
3. Audits, compliance and Governance
- Establish governance cadence to audit high volume services for quality and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations as mandated by Honeywell Legal requirements,
- Monitor control frameworks and audit readiness for SOX, Corporate audits and drive schedule.
- Lead issue resolution governance by ensuring all Audit gaps are resolved through corrective and preventive controls.
