Job Description

Responsibilities

1. National Payroll:

  • Payroll Preparation-Audits.
  • Payment Services Tasks-Garnishments.
  • General Ledger - Post Payroll Report.
  • Quarter End Tasks.
  • Oversee payroll activities, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Address and resolve complex payroll issues or escalations.

3. Reporting and Analytics:

  • Generate payroll reports for management review and decision-making.
  • Analyse trends and provide insights to improve payroll operations.

4. Compliance and Process Improvement:

  • Ensure compliance with Australia statutory requirements and company policies.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Post Payroll processing-reports

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of payroll experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Advanced proficiency in payroll software and reporting tools.
  • Five Days working from Office

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Certification in payroll management or HR operations.
  • Experience in process improvement and automation.
  • Preference of an understanding of Human Resource Management System Payroll module

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
