Introduction

A leading global IT environment is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join a dynamic digital retail and customer experience platform team.

This role focuses on designing scalable digital sales and retail solutions used across international markets, integrating modern cloud technologies, APIs, enterprise systems, and customer-facing digital platforms.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, UI/UX teams, and product owners to architect and deliver innovative enterprise-grade solutions within a fast-paced Agile environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Design scalable enterprise solutions aligned to business requirements
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, UI/UX teams, and stakeholders
Architect API-driven and cloud-enabled digital solutions
Analyse and implement system requirements and technical specifications
Review and propose technical solutions and architecture alternatives
Produce detailed technical documentation
Assist with Agile planning, estimations, and delivery management
Conduct code reviews and support development teams
Support testing, deployments, and production releases
Troubleshoot technical issues across environments
Assist with risk identification and mitigation
Support production environments and post-deployment hyper-care
Ensure system quality assurance and governance standards are maintained

Desired Experience & Qualification

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Minimum 8 years’ software development experience
Backend and Frontend development expertise
Minimum 3 years’ experience in JavaScript web development
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Technical Solutions Architect
Strong understanding of:
- Software design patterns
- Object-oriented design
- Scalable enterprise architecture
Agile working experience (mandatory)
