Salary conditions

2 000 EUR/month

The starting base salary is €1,600 + monthly commissions and quarterly rewards. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is €400 and depends on your performance. Quarterly rewards average €1,200 depending on meeting individual and branch goals. After 6 months, you will receive a one-time adaptation bonus of 50% of your starting base salary.

As a Small Business Advisor, your tasks will include: - Ensuring service activities for clients – small entrepreneurs, identifying their needs and analyzing them - Providing information and professional advice to clients to find the optimal solution - Proactively developing long-term business relationships in the Small Business segment - Actively seeking new business opportunities - Continuously educating yourself on financial news and growing professionally

Required Experience

Education: - Secondary school diploma

Experience: - At least 2 years of experience in direct sales of financial products

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Knowledge

You are a suitable candidate if: - You have at least 2 years of experience in direct sales of financial products - You can easily navigate accounting statements of small entrepreneurs - You can actively use MS Office - You enjoy communicating and helping clients find the optimal solution - You have persuasive skills and a sales spirit - English language and economic education are an advantage - You are a trustworthy and honest person - You are willing to work on yourself and develop
