We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer – HRSD to design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions that improve employee experience and streamline HR operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog development. You will work closely with HR stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to build scalable HR workflows, integrate enterprise HR systems, and deliver automated self-service capabilities. This role requires strong ServiceNow development skills, integration expertise, and a passion for driving HR digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow HRSD applications, including:
    • HR Case Management
    • Employee Center
    • Employee Center Pro
    • Lifecycle Events
    • HR Knowledge Management
  • Build and customize Employee Center portals to provide personalized, role-based employee experiences.
  • Design and maintain HR Service Catalogs with intuitive request forms, contextual guidance, and workflow automation.
  • Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and enterprise systems, including:
    • SuccessFactors for employee data synchronization and organizational updates
    • Payroll systems for compensation, benefits, and time-tracking processes
    • Identity Management platforms such as Active Directory and SailPoint
    • Collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Slack
  • Configure and develop solutions using:
    • Flow Designer
    • Business Rules
    • Client Scripts
    • UI Policies
    • Service Catalog
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance policies, and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) guidelines.
  • Support platform upgrades, patching, maintenance, and release activities in collaboration with ServiceNow architects.
  • Maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, integrations, and solution designs.
  • Implement role-based access controls and security measures to protect sensitive HR data.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support testing, deployment, validation, and release management activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HRSD-related incidents, defects, and platform issues.
  • Continuously improve HR workflows, self-service capabilities, and knowledge management processes.
  • Analyze user feedback and recommend enhancements that improve employee experience and operational efficiency.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD).
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • HR Case Management
    • Employee Center / Employee Center Pro
    • Lifecycle Events
    • HR Knowledge Management
    • Service Catalog
    • Flow Designer
    • Business Rules
    • Client Scripts
    • UI Policies
  • Experience developing integrations using:
    • REST APIs
    • SOAP APIs
    • Integration Hub
    • Web Services
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.
  • Knowledge of Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
  • Experience implementing role-based access controls and data security frameworks.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
