Job summary:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Consultant – HRSD with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions and partnering with business and HR stakeholders to deliver impactful employee experiences.
This role requires a blend of technical consulting, solution design, client engagement, and implementation expertise to help organizations optimize and modernize their HR service delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement
- Build strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
- Understand client business objectives and provide recommendations aligned with industry best practices.
- Drive successful adoption of ServiceNow HRSD capabilities.
Solution Design & Implementation
- Gather, analyze, and document business and HR requirements.
- Design and implement scalable ServiceNow HRSD solutions that align with client needs.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow HRSD modules and workflows.
HRSD Functional Expertise
- Configure and support:
- HR Case Management and HR Services
- Employee Center Portal
- Journey Management
- HR Knowledge Management
- Now Assist
- Virtual Agent
- Design employee self-service experiences and HR workflows to improve employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Platform Configuration & Development
- Configure ServiceNow applications using platform best practices.
- Develop and maintain:
- Flow Designer workflows
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- UI Policies
- Notifications
- Integrations
- Work on system administration, user management, platform updates, and scripting activities.
Integration & Automation
- Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with third-party applications and HR systems.
- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and other ServiceNow integration technologies.
- Experience integrating with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar HR systems is highly preferred.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, scenario creation, execution, and defect resolution.
- Ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
Enablement & Adoption
- Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Educate stakeholders on platform capabilities, best practices, and emerging ServiceNow features.
- Promote user adoption and maximize business value from ServiceNow investments.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases, HRSD capabilities, and industry trends.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and platform enhancements.
Qualifications & skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow HRSD implementation experience is a plus.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow HR Case Management, Employee Center Portal, Journey Management, Knowledge Management, Flow Designer, Now Assist, Virtual Agent, HR Case Management and HR Services.
- Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow integrations.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, development, and administration.
- Experience working directly with clients, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.
- CIS-HR or CIS-ITSM certification would be a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with HR Case Management and Journey Management.
- Integration using REST APIs.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Prior consulting or client-facing implementation experience.
- Understanding of HR service delivery processes and employee experience best practices.
