Senior Manager – HRBP (Product & Engineering)

We are hiring a Senior Manager – HRBP (Product & Engineering), Hyderabad (Work From Office) reporting to the Senior Director – HR, with a compensation best in market standards.
Role Requirements
- 6+ years of HR experience with 4–5 years as an HRBP
- Must come from a large IT / product / technology organization
- Exposure to best-in-class industry practices in high-scale tech companies
- Strong pedigree with tech background preferred
- Experience working with US clients / global stakeholders preferred
Key Expectations
- Strong HRBP experience in Product, Engineering & Tech organizations
- Exposure to AI/GenAI / digital / engineering-led environments
- Strong experience in employer branding & talent partnering with TA teams
- Ability to drive high-performance culture, retention, and capability building
- Experience in stakeholder management with global (US) teams
Working Model & Flexibility
- Working hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (flexibility required based on US calls)
- Must be open to calls with US stakeholders
- Work from office with limited flexibility as per business needs
Interview Process
- 3–4 rounds of interviews
- In-person/office presence required for initial rounds
- Final discussions may be conducted in Bangalore or Hyderabad based on panel's availability
