Ciklum is looking for a Senior JavaScript Engineer to join our team full-time in India.

About the role:
As a Senior JavaScript Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Together, we will work on the project building and evolving complex, scalable web applications with a strong focus on performance, maintainability, and intuitive user experiences.
Responsibilities:
Architect, develop, and maintain advanced web applications using JavaScript (ES6+) and Angular
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards
Optimize application performance and scalability for large-scale deployments
Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and frameworks to improve development processes
Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure alignment with business goals
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
6+ years of professional experience in JavaScript development
5+ years of hands-on experience with Angular, preferably latest versions
Strong knowledge of TypeScript, RxJS, and NgRx or other state management libraries
Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with GraphQL
Hands-on experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, Jest, Protractor, or Cypress
Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and responsive design principles
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and Agile methodologies
Desirable:
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture and modular application design
Exposure to DevOps practices and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
