Description
Role Summary:
Support Oracle HCM technical development, reporting, and data migration using SQL, BI Publisher, HDL, and Fast Formulas, with exposure to OTBI and optional OCI/OIC skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop reports in BI Publisher & OTBI.
Write and optimize SQL queries.
Perform data migration with HDL/FBDI.
Configure and support Fast Formulas.
Assist in testing and defect resolution.
Required Skills:
SQL/PL-SQL, BI Publisher
HDL & FBDI.
Fast Formulas (Payroll/Absence/Benefits).
Basic OTBI & HCM data model knowledge.
Optional: REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, OCI exposure.
