Key Responsibilities:
• Strong hands-on experience in Core HR and Indian Payroll configuration
• Experience in Compensation structures and multi-country salary setups
• Good understanding of Redwood (Visual Builder), Security (Roles & AOR), and Workflows
• Experience handling CTC structures, element entries, calculation cards, and statutory components
• Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
• Ability to independently handle functional configurations and business support
Required Skills:
3–7 years of experience who have strong functional ownership in Core HR, Indian Payroll, and Multi-Country Compensation (India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, South Africa, Zambia & Morocco).
