Role Summary
The Senior Recruiter cum Team Lead will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment strategy while leading and mentoring a team of recruiters. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring timely closures, maintaining high-quality hiring standards, and optimizing recruitment processes. The candidate will act as a key point of contact between clients, internal teams, and candidates while ensuring operational excellence in recruitment and HR coordination.
KRA: Key Responsibilities / ActivitiesRecruitment & Delivery Management
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles across clients
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet hiring targets
- Review and validate candidate profiles before submission to clients
- Ensure quality hiring by maintaining strong screening and assessment standards
- Monitor team performance to ensure positions are closed within defined timelines
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals
- Allocate requirements among team members and track daily/weekly performance
- Provide training, guidance, and continuous feedback to improve team productivity
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and strategy discussions
Client Management
- Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements, expectations, and timelines
- Act as a primary point of contact for client communication and escalations
- Ensure high client satisfaction through timely delivery and quality submissions
- Provide regular updates and recruitment reports to clients
Coordination & Communication
- Oversee interview coordination between clients, recruiters, and candidates
- Ensure smooth communication flow between all stakeholders
- Track candidate pipeline, interview status, and feedback loops
- Follow up on interview feedback and closure processes
Process & Reporting
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-hire
- Ensure proper documentation of candidate data and hiring records
- Implement best practices and process improvements in recruitment operations
HR & Operational Support
- Support offer management, salary negotiation, and onboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and documentation standards
- Assist in internal HR activities such as engagement and retention initiatives
