Position Description:
As a Senior Advisor – Compensation and Job Framework at Ubisoft, you will play a key role in the local implementation and anchoring of our newly deployed corporate job architecture. As the true reference in this field, you will ensure alignment between global guidelines and operational realities, contributing to the coherence, equity, and sustainable development of our HR practices.
What You Will Do: - Act as an expert consultant and primary point of contact between local and corporate teams on job architecture - Collaborate closely with Compensation, HR, and HRIS teams - Influence discussions and decisions related to job evolution, roles, and career paths - Design, implement, and document local job management processes - Ensure the integrity of job data in HR systems in partnership with HRIS teams - Manage the full job lifecycle: creation, modification, archiving, and alignment of employees - Conduct impact analyses related to pay equity, market benchmarking, and organizational coherence - Support managers and HR partners in applying job classification and evaluation practices - Uphold governance and calibration mechanisms to ensure decision consistency
