• Handle employee relations, resolving conflicts and ensuring a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with all school regulations and statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with school management to plan staffing and HR strategies to meet educational goals.

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have
  • HR management experience in an educational institution
  • Knowledge of CBSE school policies and regulations
  • Strong recruitment and employee engagement skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage HRIS and other HR software
• Preferred
  • Experience working in schools located in Devanahalli or Bangalore
  • HR certification or diploma in HR management
