About the Opportunity
A dynamic education staffing and school operations support firm, we partner with K-12 institutions across South India to build high-performing HR ecosystems. Our focus is on streamlining teacher hiring, onboarding, compliance, and retention — ensuring schools have the right talent, at the right time, with seamless administrative backing. Based out of Sadahalli Gate, Devanahalli, Bangalore, we serve schools in fast-growing教育 corridors with precision and care. Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching staff — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offer rollouts.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation for new hires across multiple school partner locations.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory HR norms — PF, ESI, PT, Labour laws, and school HR policy adherence.
- Partner with school principals and admin leads to resolve employee relations issues and maintain positive workplace culture.
- Maintain centralized HR records, attendance systems, leave management, and payroll coordination with finance teams.
- Support annual performance cycles, feedback systems, and talent development initiatives aligned with school goals.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- HRIS platforms (e.g., Zoho People, HRMS, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Recruitment lifecycle management
- Labour law compliance (India)
- Employee onboarding & documentation
- Payroll coordination (PF/ESI/PT)
- Attendance & leave tracking systems
Preferred
- Experience in K-12 school HR operations
- Knowledge of CBSE/state board HR guidelines
- Proficiency in MS Office + Google Workspace
