About the Opportunity
A role in the K-12 private education sector serving international curricula (IB and CAIE). You will join a staffing and school-support function focused on attracting, retaining, and enabling high-quality teaching and non-teaching talent at a leading campus on Sarjapura Road, Bangalore. This is an on-site role supporting IB & Cambridge (CAIE) programmes across academic and compliance operations.
Primary Title: School HR Generalist (IB & CAIE Schools)
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end teacher and staff recruitment for IB and CAIE programmes—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management tailored to international school requirements.
- Manage onboarding and induction for academic and support staff, coordinating contracts, background checks, visas/relocation (when applicable), and initial training.
- Administer payroll and benefits processes in coordination with finance; ensure accurate records and timely disbursements for campus staff.
- Own employee relations: counsel managers, resolve workplace issues, document cases, and implement corrective actions aligned with school policy.
- Maintain compliance with Indian labour laws and international safeguarding standards; update HR policies and ensure statutory filings and record-keeping.
- Support performance management and professional development cycles—coordinate appraisals, goal setting, and teacher development programs with academic leadership.
