You’ll own product discovery and delivery across our range of digital products. This is a hands-on PM role embedded in a small, fast-moving team. You’ll build and run our Continuous Discovery practice from the ground up: running regular customer interviews, designing and interpreting experiments, and translating insights into a prioritised backlog. You’ll report directly to the Head of Digital and work day-to-day with our developers, designer, and external development partners.

Continuous Discovery

  • Own the discovery cadence for digital products - customer interviews, assumption testing, and opportunity mapping
  • Build and maintain Opportunity Solution Trees (OSTs) for each product, surfacing the highest-value problems to solve
  • Design and run lightweight experiments (prototype tests, A/B tests, concierge tests) to validate solutions before build
  • Synthesise qualitative and quantitative signals into clear evidence based product decisions
  • Champion continuous discovery across the team

Product Strategy & Prioritisation

  • Translate the digital north stars into quarterly outcome targets and a prioritised backlog for each product
  • Work with the Head of Digital to maintain a coherent product roadmap aligned to the KPI framework
  • Balance discovery work with delivery - ensuring the team always has a clear, validated queue of work to build

Delivery & Stakeholder Management

  • Own the sprint backlog, writing clear tickets for the dev team
  • Communicate product progress, risks and decisions to the Head of Digital and wider business stakeholders
  • Manage dependencies across digital products

AI-Accelerated Ways of Working

  • Use AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, ticket writing, and reporting
  • Build reusable prompt patterns and workflows for recurring PM tasks
  • Reduce manual admin across the product function

What success looks like

  • A continuous discovery cadence is running within 90 days - regular interviews, live OSTs, and a tested experiment backlog
  • The team has a clear, outcome-oriented roadmap that the wider business understands and trusts
  • Product decisions are grounded in customer evidence, not assumption
  • Reduced reliance on the Head of Digital for day-to-day product prioritisation
  • Digital products are progressing measurably toward their north star outcomes
  • Strong working relationships with development partners and the internal team

We’re committed to building a team that reflects a wide variety of backgrounds and perspectives, and we encourage applications from underrepresented groups.

Essential

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager on a consumer-facing digital product (app, web, or game)
  • Hands-on practice of Continuous Discovery - you’ve run regular customer interviews and used them to drive product decisions
  • Experience building or working with Opportunity Solution Trees (OSTs) or equivalent structured opportunity mapping frameworks
  • Comfortable designing and running experiments: A/B tests, prototype tests, assumption mapping
  • Data literate - able to interrogate product analytics and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Strong backlog management and sprint delivery experience
  • Clear written communicator - able to write crisp tickets, concise briefs and stakeholder updates
  • Experience managing external development partners or agencies alongside an internal team
  • Confidence using AI tools to accelerate day-to-day PM work

Desirable

  • Experience on mobile apps
  • Experience with games, entertainment, or consumer lifestyle products
  • Exposure to live ops - post-launch iteration, remote config, experimentation at scale
  • Understanding of app store dynamics (Apple App Store, Google Play) and their impact on product decisions
  • Experience working with physical-to-digital product funnels
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms as part of a wider product ecosystem

Working Style

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is genuinely curious about customers and brings evidence to every conversation
  • Can operate independently and make decisions without waiting for permission
  • Thrives in a small team where everyone does a bit of everything
  • Is comfortable with ambiguity and energised by building structure where there isn’t any
  • Balances rigour with pragmatism - knows when to test and when to ship
  • Is excited about using AI to multiply their own impact

We’re currently growing our digital team, so the process may take a little longer - but we’ll keep you updated throughout.

  • Annual Leave Entitlement (Full-time): 16 days, in addition to Bank and Public Holidays.
  • We work a four-day week (we were one of the first companies to implement this and we’ve never looked back).
  • Enrolment in the Employee Benefit Trust after 12 months (everyone owns a part of the Big Potato)
  • Free BUPA private healthcare.
  • Access to the Government Pension Scheme.
  • Each year you are entitled to a £500 bonus (pro rata) to put towards your holiday.
  • Free fruit, snacks, soft drinks, office wine & beers, tea & coffee.
  • Discounted gym
  • Free monthly yoga
  • Monthly paid socials.
  • Summer and Christmas Party
  • Free games.
  • Cycle to work scheme.
  • Free eye tests.
