Key Responsibilities

  • Lead functional consulting for Oracle HCM Core HR implementations
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions
  • Configure Core HR modules:
    • Enterprise & Workforce Structures
    • Job, Position, Grade, and Organization Management
    • Person & Employment Lifecycle (Hire to Retire)
  • Define and document:
    • BRD / FRD / FDD
    • Process flows and solution design
  • Support UAT, SIT, and business validation cycles
  • Collaborate with technical teams for:
    • Data migration (HDL)
    • Reports (HCM Extracts / OTBI)
  • Ensure compliance with global HR policies and governance
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements

Required Skills (Functional Focus)

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM / Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR)
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Core HR configuration
    • Workforce structures & organization hierarchy
    • Approval workflows and security roles
  • Good understanding of:
    • Employee lifecycle processes
    • Global HR practices
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions
