Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional consulting for Oracle HCM Core HR implementations
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders
- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions
- Configure Core HR modules:
- Enterprise & Workforce Structures
- Job, Position, Grade, and Organization Management
- Person & Employment Lifecycle (Hire to Retire)
- Define and document:
- BRD / FRD / FDD
- Process flows and solution design
- Support UAT, SIT, and business validation cycles
- Collaborate with technical teams for:
- Data migration (HDL)
- Reports (HCM Extracts / OTBI)
- Ensure compliance with global HR policies and governance
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements
Required Skills (Functional Focus)
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM / Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR)
- Strong expertise in:
- Core HR configuration
- Workforce structures & organization hierarchy
- Approval workflows and security roles
- Good understanding of:
- Employee lifecycle processes
- Global HR practices
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions
