Position: MBA HR & Marketing Executive (Healthcare Recruitment & Field Business Development)

Role Overview:

Medico Hub is expanding its operations and launching a new branch in Hyderabad. We are looking for a dynamic MBA HR & Marketing Executive to build our network by connecting with CBSE/ICSE schools and hospitals, generating requirements, and creating awareness about our services.

Key Responsibilities:

School Tie-ups & Medical Room Projects:

• Visit CBSE & ICSE schools across Hyderabad

• Identify schools with existing medical rooms requiring Doctors and Staff Nurses

• Approach schools without medical rooms and propose complete setup + staffing solutions

• Explain Medico Hub services including 100% attendance support & replacement

• Generate requirements and forward to Head Office for execution

Hospital Visits & Business Development:

• Visit hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centres

• Meet Hospital Management / HR teams

• Identify requirements for RMO Doctors and Specialist / Super-Specialist Consultants

• Promote Medico Hub services for timely and cost-effective doctor staffing solutions

• Build long-term relationships for recurring requirements

Lead Generation & Coordination:

• Generate and collect genuine hiring requirements (leads)

• Share complete details with Head Office (Delhi NCR) for closure and fulfillment

• Maintain client database and follow-up records

• Submit daily/weekly reports of field visits and conversions

---

Market Development:

• Create awareness about Medico Hub’s services in Hyderabad

• Promote offerings like doctor deployment, medical room setup, and school healthcare staffing

• Represent the company professionally in meetings and presentations

---

About Medico Hub:

• Providing healthcare staffing services across Delhi NCR and PAN India

• Specializes in RMO Doctors, Specialist & Super-Specialist Consultants

Qualification:

• MBA (HR / Marketing) – Mandatory

---

Experience:

• 1–4 years in Healthcare Recruitment / Marketing / Field Sales preferred

• Fresh MBA candidates with strong communication skills can also apply

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Strong field work and client handling ability

• Target-oriented and self-driven

• Willingness to travel within Hyderabad
