Role Purpose
We are looking for a high-caliber HR Analytics leader to strengthen our HR Shared Services team. This role will drive data-led decision making, build advanced HR dashboards, and translate complex HR data into actionable insights for business and HR leadership.
The incumbent will work at the intersection of HR operations, HR systems, and analytics, enabling efficiency, transparency, and strategic workforce insights across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
HR Analytics & Insights
 Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards and reports using Power BI, Power Query, and related tools.
 Analyze HR data across domains such as workforce planning, attrition, productivity, diversity, hiring, performance, and employee lifecycle.
 Convert raw HR data into clear insights, trends, and narratives for senior leadership.
 Build predictive and diagnostic analytics to support proactive HR decision-making.
 Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across HR metrics.
HR Systems & Data Management
 Work closely with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM or similar).
 Act as the bridge between HR operations and technology, ensuring optimal system usage.
 Lead data extraction, transformation, and modeling for analytics consumption.
 Support enhancements, automation, and process improvements within HR systems.
Shared Services Excellence
 Partner with HR Shared Services teams to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities using data.
 Establish standard HR metrics, SLAs, and performance dashboards.
 Support operational reviews with fact-based insights and recommendations.
 Drive continuous improvement through automation, analytics, and process redesign
