At Luscii, we build digital tools that let healthcare professionals guide patients remotely. Creating space for what truly matters: care. As we grow globally, we’re looking for a Legal Counsel who can combine sharp legal insight with a hands-on approach to help us scale responsibly.
In this role, you will be the go-to expert for all things legal. From international contracts to compliance assessments, you will help Luscii navigate complex regulations and ensure every step we take is both smart and secure. Your expertise will allow us to expand and grow confidently into markets like the United States and Japan.
You will be more than just a guardian of risk as a Legal Counsel at Luscii. You are a strategic partner in our growth and will influence decisions across the company, turning legal requirements into practical solutions that enable innovation while keeping us compliant.
Besides, you are going to be a key driver in helping Luscii grow internationally. By setting up legal frameworks and ensuring compliance in current and new markets, you are making it possible for our people and products to thrive worldwide.
As Luscii’s Legal Counsel, you will work at the intersection of law, strategy and global growth. You will advise teams, set up processes and help us expand safely. All while working in a collaborative, holacracy-driven culture.

You thrive in fast-growing start-up or scale-up environments and adapt effortlessly to change thanks to your proven experience in similar fields and organisations.
Experience in and with international legal companies/affairs and able to quickly learn new things;
Affinity and experience with digital health or SaaS solutions, and you enjoy working on projects associated with data, privacy and quality;
You are open to working in a Holacratic organization and curious about our way of organizing work, roles, and responsibilities;
