Position: Lead Associate - BHR

Reporting To: Group Head - BHR
Work Exp: 3-8 yrs in Renewables/ Oil & Gas/ Engineering & Construction/ Manufacturing sector
Key Deliverables:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment process across the EPC business function as per business priorities, critical positions, and TAT.
- Fulfilment of Talent Plan to support business growth and Increase Women Representation.
- Hands-on experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Offer Management and onboarding of new joinees.
- Coordinate with the respective stakeholder for the travel, accommodation, induction kit of new joinees.
- Drive engagement initiatives in coordiantion with central Engagement team.
- Managing attrition across the EPC business function.
- Driving a culture of Recognition by improving the R&R for EPC business function.
- HR Outreach and Employee Connect.
- Analytics and MIS Reporting for Monthly MOR.
