Position: HR Intern (Freshers)
Location: Noida Sector 63
Duration: 3–6 Months (Full-Time Internship)
Stipend: As per company norms
About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns who are eager to kickstart their career in Human Resources. This role will give you hands-on exposure to recruitment, coordination, and HR operations in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups
- Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
- Assist in employer branding and HR initiatives
Eligibility Criteria:
- Recent graduate (any stream) or pursuing final year
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR/recruitment (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
Preferred (Good to Have):
- Internship/course in HR or Recruitment
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed
- Interest in Talent Acquisition and HR operations
