Position: HR Intern (Freshers)

Location: Noida Sector 63
Duration: 3–6 Months (Full-Time Internship)
Stipend: As per company norms

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns who are eager to kickstart their career in Human Resources. This role will give you hands-on exposure to recruitment, coordination, and HR operations in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
  • Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  • Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups
  • Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers
  • Support onboarding and documentation processes
  • Assist in employer branding and HR initiatives

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Recent graduate (any stream) or pursuing final year
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of HR/recruitment (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets

Preferred (Good to Have):

  • Internship/course in HR or Recruitment
  • Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed
  • Interest in Talent Acquisition and HR operations
