· Job Description & Summary:
Execute day-to-day contingent workforce HR operations activities with accuracy and timeliness, supporting SLA delivery and quality outcomes under defined processes.
Responsibilities:
· Process contingent worker transactions including onboarding, contract updates, extensions, offboarding, and documentation checks.
· Handle cases through defined intake and case management tools, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
· Perform data validation, system updates, and compliance checks as per defined SOPs.
· Escalate exceptions, data gaps, or policy deviations to Leads / Managers with clear documentation.
· Support reporting, audits, and volume tracking as required.

Preferred skill sets:
· Working knowledge of HR systems, case management tools, and process-driven environments.
· Strong attention to detail, process discipline, and documentation skills.
· Ability to work in high-volume, SLA-driven environments with global stakeholders.
Years of experience required:
· 1–4 years of experience in HR Operations, workforce administration, or shared services delivery.
Education qualification:
· Graduate degree from recognized Universities, Preference will be given to Post Graduate degree holders
