Role Objective 

Provide endtoend operational ownership of the Contingent Workforce HR Operations scope, ensuring SLA adherence, compliance integrity, and effective stakeholder governance across Microsoft and PwC delivery teams. 

Responsibilities 

  • Own overall service delivery across the contingent workforce lifecycle, including onboarding, worker changes, extensions, offboarding, compliance validations, and case resolution. 

  • Act as the primary escalation point for Microsoft stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of operational issues, risk mitigation, and stakeholder satisfaction. 

  • Define, track, and govern KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics; lead periodic performance reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives. 

  • Oversee transition and stabilization activities, validate baseline volumes, and support feeatrisk constructs and commercial governance requirements. 

  • Ensure adherence to defined SOPs, controls, and compliance requirements across global contingent workforce operations. 

  • Manage cases through defined intake channels and case management tools, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality benchmarks. 

  • Embed governance, metrics, and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience. 

  • Review processes to identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and risks; recommend process standardization and optimization opportunities. 

  • Coordinate with technology, compliance, and process owners to support system enhancements, reporting, and automation initiatives. 

  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready external staff data through disciplined lifecycle transactions and mass data corrections. 

  • Prepare and present service reports, dashboards, and executive updates covering volumes, SLA performance, risks, and remediation actions. 

  • Lead, coach, and qualityassure junior team members; manage capacity planning, workload allocation, and knowledge management. 

  • Accountable for delivery of services in line with agreed quality standards, timelines, and contractual commitments. 

  • Ensure adherence to defined processes, information security requirements, and confidentiality standards.

  • 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, Contingent Workforce Management, HR Shared Services, or equivalent enterprise environments.

  • PostGraduate Degree in HR, Operations, IT, Finance or equivalent
