Partner with the People team to plan and execute strategic HR initiatives and special projects aligned with business priorities.

Leverage people analytics and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations to business leaders.

Provide functional leadership for HR operations in India, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across the employee lifecycle.

Drive a seamless onboarding experience to ensure effective integration and engagement of new hires.

Support organizational change initiatives, including organizational design, capability building, and strengthening culture frameworks, learning and development and any other people initiatives.

Oversee payroll governance, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements, while effectively managing external vendors and internal stakeholders.

Mentor and develop junior HR team members to build capability, consistency, and scalability within the HR function.

Act as a trusted coach and advisor to employees and managers on people-related matters.

Proactively engage with employees through 1:1s, focus groups, and feedback forums to enhance employee experience and engagement.

Lead core processes for onboarding, goal setting, performance management, potential assessment, feedback mechanisms, and career development planning.

Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and policy interpretation.

Conduct stay and exit interviews, analyze insights, and implement targeted retention strategies.

Continuously evaluate and optimize HR processes to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.

Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal company policies.

Handle sensitive employee matters with a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and legal compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
-
7-10 years of solid HR experience including at least 4+ years of experience in lead HRBP role with independent charge of business unit
-
At least 5+ years in IT services or consulting services companies
-
Master’s/MBA in Human Resources
-
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:

HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR)- Preferred

Experience with ADP HRIS, HR Analytics, India and US employment law
