Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee— People Development Specialist
Role Purpose
Execute People Development activities including LMS administration, e learning creation, training coordination, apprentice program support and reporting. Ensure accurate learning records and a high quality participant experience.
Responsibilities
1. LMS Administration and Reporting\: Add/manage courses and classes in LMS; run standard and ad hoc LMS reports on learning history, learning plans and overdue trainings; support international data collection and audit requests.
2. Training Coordination\: Manage registrations, instructor coordination, participant communications and post processing for leadership and professional skills trainings; support hotel bookings and event logistics. Review and clarify learning assignments, curricula and learning visibility for learners
3. Apprentice Program Support\: Update apprentice training plans; process apprenticeship tickets and prepare KPI reports linked to WKO data.
4. Language and Dual Program Support\: Coordinate language training providers, update ServiceNow/SharePoint content and support dual master student onboarding and A1 form requests.
5. Knowledge Base and Ticket Handling\: Maintain KBAs, update HRNow articles and handle People Development tickets; escalate complex issues. Analyse complex or recurring learning system issues and coordinate resolution with external system experts where required
6. Monitor feedback\: Monitor learner feedback and recurring issues to identify opportunities for improving learning processes, communication and usability, contributing to a consistent and user-friendly learning experience
7. Stakeholder Coordination\: Liaise with HR Business Partners, Finance, LMS experts, country representatives, and internal learning admins

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Operations, Management or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in LMS, HRMS software and reporting tools.
• Strong preference for candidates with European experience.
• Willingness to work 5 days from office in client specific shift.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Certification in HR management / HR operations / LMS administration.
• Experience in LMS such as SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise service management tools is preferred.
