Inviting applications for the role of Manager / Assistant Manager HR Reporting & Analytics, Austria — High Complexity | Execution & Controls Owner
Role Purpose
Operate HR Reporting delivery and payroll reporting support for Austria. Ensure accurate production of standard and custom reports, maintain data quality and mappings, manage benefits reporting processes and enforce reporting controls and SLAs.
Responsibilities
1.    Report Production & Distribution
•    Run and distribute standard internal and business reports (compensation, rewards, employee safety) and deliver custom ad hoc reports per stakeholder requests.
•    Maintain scheduled report runs, distribution lists and versioned archives.
2.    Payroll Support & Root Cause Analysis
•    Coordinate payroll analysts for root cause analysis, data cleansing and corrective mapping updates; validate month end payroll reconciliations.
•    Drive corrective actions with Payroll, HR IT and system owners.
3.    Audit Management
•    Prepare data packages for annual financial statement audits; maintain reconciliations and audit trails for delivered reports.


4.    Benefits Administration Reporting
•    Manage benefits reporting tasks\: invoice audits, employee registrations, lease rate maintenance and overpayment checks; escalate exceptions.
5.    Dashboard & Self Service Enablement
•    Manage Power BI dashboards; manage refresh schedules, user access and documentation for business consumers.
6.    Process Improvement & Documentation
•    Document SOPs and reconciliation templates; automate repetitive Excel tasks and reduce manual interventions.
7.    ServiceNow & Systems Coordination
•    Act as ServiceNow key user for reporting workflows; coordinate with HR IT on workspace updates and permission management.
•    Ensure data consistency in Employee Central and analytics tools.
8.    Team Supervision & Stakeholder Coordination
•    Supervise Senior Associates and Associates; allocate work by complexity and ensure SLA adherence.
•    Liaise with Finance and Rewards teams to align metrics and resolve escalations.

Systems Ownership
Preferred to have skills\: ServiceNow; Workday; BMD/HR Suite, SAP Employee Central; Excel; M365; E Mail; MS Teams; Adobe Analytics; SAP ARIBA; AMT; ASES.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in HR Business or related fields (MBA preferred).
•    Strong Excel and Power BI skills; hands on with other analytics tools
•    Expertise in Payroll, reporting, Data accuracy, and process automation.
•    Willingness to work 5 days from office in client specific shift.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
•    Proven experience in managing large-scale operations and leading cross-functional teams.
•    Certifications in leadership, Payroll management, or project management.
•    Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
•    Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
•    Knowledge of state regulations (for example, bargaining agreements or unionized agreements).
•    Familiarity with enterprise service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow/Zendesk) is essential for this role
•    Familiarity with HCM tool – Success Factor, Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud will be an added advantage
•    Strong preference for candidates with European experience.
•    Effective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
•    Flexibility to work across global teams and time zones.
