Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate/Process Developer, HR Operation, Austria
As an Associate in the Workforce data administration, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of data changes and administration. You will provide backend support for Hire to Retire process and management of the data in and outside the Human Resource Management System tool.
Responsibilities
1. Data Handling and Validation
• Collect, validate, and manage large datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Manage changes to employee records across the employee lifecycle\: hiring, onboarding, transfers, promotions, terminations, personal detail updates, long term leave & absence management, exit, layoff restructuring, Employment Documentation, Social Security & Legal Compliance, Onboarding, Employment Terms and Contract Changes etc. (e.g., Workday, HR Systems).
• Manage and set up master data specific to organization and job design.
• Track and resolve data discrepancies or errors by coordinating with HR, payroll, and IT teams.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage Employment Documentation, Social Security & Legal Compliance, Onboarding, Employment Terms and Contract Changes etc
• Manage query depending on the scope of work.
2. Operational Support
• Maintain documentation of all employee data changes in compliance with audit requirements and data privacy policies.
3. Employee Lifecycle Coordination
• Collaborate with onboarding, payroll, and benefits teams to ensure seamless transitions during employee lifecycle events.
• Manage pre-onboarding tasks and ensure accurate new hire setup
• Maintain candidate data across systems
4. Process Improvement
• Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with quality teams to implement process changes.
Systems Ownership
Primary System\: ServiceNow; Workday; BMD/HR Suite, SAP Employee Central; Excel; M365; E Mail; MS Teams.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR Business, or related fields (MBA good to have).
• Experience in workforce admin activity management.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Outlook platforms.
• Familiarity with HCM tool – SuccessFactor, Workday, Oracle Fusion will be an added advantage
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work 5 days from office in Austria shift hours.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Familiarity with Human Resource Management System tool –Workday, SAP, Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Familiarity with automation tools and techniques is preferred.
• Strong preference for candidates with European experience.
• Certification in data analysis or related domains preferred.
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
